06 2:00pm 1004.7 -3.1 02 kph/NNW 395 km. ESE 30-min. of heavy, zero-visibility downpour observed at the moment. Some streets in Naga City now flooded.

09 05-17/2:00am 999.0 -3.4 28 kph/NW 173 km. East Power temporarily back as Gale Force winds + moderate to heavy rainfall continues! Gust of 64 kph has been recorded around 1:17 am.
10 3:00am 997.6 -1.4 35 kph/NNW 152 km. East =Start hourly Obs.= Stormy weather conditions although rains had ceased for awhile.
11 4:00am 998.3 +0.7 24 kph/NNW 130 km. East Heavy rainfall occuring again as DINDO starts to cross Catanduanes.
12 5:00am 998.0 -0.3 19 kph/NW 121 km. ENE DINDO still crossing Catanduanes.
13 6:00am 997.6 -0.4 11 kph/NW 119 km. ENE Wind and rain diminishing slightly.
14 7:00am 997.3 -0.3 11 kph/NW 117 km. ENE DINDO now at its closest point of approach (CPA) to Naga, exiting the northern tip of Catanduanes. Heavy downpour and strong winds resumes.
15 8:00am 997.0 -0.3 34 kph/NW 121 km. NE =Hrly. Obs. Ends= DINDO now back over open waters after crossing the NE part of Catanduanes. Station within the 34-50 knot wind radii of the typhoon's circulation.
